Nice work

Those chorded pluck synths sound really nice. Nice melodies overall and good progression. Production work is well done as well.

Keep it up ;)

Powerful

Loving the sounds you used here. Finish this NAO! :P

Love it.

Very relaxing and soothing. Good work ;)

Insanctuary responds:

Thankyou. Thats the same EXACT thing the guy below me said. Yet he gave me a 7. Am I missing something here? XD!

Awesome

Very good work. You have some true production skill and talent, and this is a great dubstep adaptation of "Derezzed". Only complaint I have is the sound of your kick and snare. They sound a little muddyish in the bassy parts of the mix, but all's well as this is a minor mixing issue in regard to the whole project. I rate songs based on production talent and compositional skill, not how perfect the mixing is.

Again, very well done. Keep up the good work.

Awesome improvement

You're getting better and better, man. I'm glad to notice the exceptional compositional improvement. You have a pretty unique style too. The song itself, despite the production/technical issues, is actually very well done.

Mixing is a little better as well. You still have a lot to learn about compression. Your lead synth is very raw sounding and loud. Keep practicing though, and if you need any advice on mixing, I'll offer some tips. YouTube is a great place to find some decent mixing/mastering tutorials.

Heck, if you want me to mix/master a song for you, I wouldn't mind doing this one when I get a free moment :P It truly is well composed. Keep at it!

Darkfire96 responds:

Please mix this! I feel as though Im holding it back in quality.
Its nice to know Im getting better. Also Im really happy that my style is finally getting noticed. By raw sounding you mean...? I could also use some tips on how to master. I Could mix fairly well, but mastering is a little out of my league for now. If you want to mix/master this then make sure u have z3ta+ and vanguard. I used presents instead of creating synths, but i did mess with the filters in z3ta+. So one of the pads have been altered. Just a bit. Mail me your info as i forgot how to send mail on Newgrounds. I still have alot to learn, but im much better than when i started!

P.S. I used some kicks that aren't stock in FL Studio 9. If you need them make sure u tell me.

Nice work

I don't really care about the mixing issues, and the composition you did here is fine. It depends on the producer's approach/desire as to how much suspense should be added to a build-up. Not every dance track has to be "explosive". Sometimes a tune/song in itself is energetic enough as is. Therefore, in my opinion, this remix is pretty great. Keep up the good work, and practice practice :)

Shoephly responds:

Haha, finally someone who gets what i was aiming for with this piece, just wanted a nice remix with handsup:y ish feel in the end. And ofc man, one can never practice too much-

Thanks for taking the time to review, much appreciated! ^^
